This session introduces simple, accessible tools for nervous system regulation, followed by a guided therapeutic sound experience that helps quiet mental noise, restore clarity, and support sustained focus.
Cancellation Policy
Booking your selected date and time confirms that Notes & Nirvana is reserving that session specifically for your organization. Depending on the size and nature of the event, a 50% deposit may be required upon booking confirmation. Changes made within 72 hours of the event are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total booking cost. Final participant count must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event. Pricing may be adjusted if group size changes.
