Steeped in Sound - A Sound Bath and Green Tea Tasting

Join us for an evening where precisely played sound and thoughtfully brewed tea intertwine—each enhancing the other—to create a deeply immersive experience that soothes the body, awakens the senses, and invites profound presence. The evening will be hosted by Natural Foresight and holistic wellness expert Faith Legendre, who will gently guide us through each moment while sharing her insights on holistic well-being. You’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath composed with piano, voice, and world percussion instruments, designed to calm the nervous system and open the senses.

Following the sound bath, Fayee Wong will lead a traditional Chinese tea ceremony featuring a freshly harvested green tea from Canton Province in China, with a non-caffeinated herbal tea option available. This intimate, multisensory gathering offers not only deep relaxation, but also a sense of connection, presence, and newly gained insight—an experience that lingers long after the evening ends.
