Join LaShondra Jarvis, the founder of Woven Intent and Andrea Gonnella, founder of Notes & Nirvana on a 4 hour mini retreat. All you have to do is be present, everything else will be taken care of! From 9am-1pm we will be exploring Oyster Bay's nature on a mindful walk, finger knitting flowers in the park, picnicking, experiencing a sound bath meditation and making new connections with likeminded community.
